The balloon filling device K090 is designed for softly filling meteorological balloons with a desired volume of 1 .. 9,999l of helium or hydrogen.

Automatic filling device K091

The balloon filling device K091 is follower of the K090. Most of the jobs the operator has to do manually during filling with K090 are done automatically with the K091. This results in more accuracy in filling and lower need of operators time. Filling speed can be adjusted between soft and quick. After last filling of a balloon with hydrogen the system can become automatically render inerted by stirring gas. A bottle with 2l compressed (20MPA) stirring gas is stored inside the K091 and fitted to the system.

Connection of pipes are done by plugs or hand driven swivel nuts.
