The K095 is designed to cut a cord after a preseted time is reached.
Time can be set by two switches using tabular.
Cord is cut by melting with electrical heated helix.
Using the time operated cutting device it is possible to give the goods (i.e. information sheets) free from a Balloon for distributing to the ground.
Power supply is done by one or two batteries 9V.
